3. Propose a meeting
Dear Neighbors,
Hope you all are good! I am writing this letter to share of the parking problem we I am facing since last month.
Actually, these days I am getting late in the office, as I have to complete some time bound assignment. I usually reach the home late at 10 pm, and when I come I see that no vacant space is available in the parking area as it was fully occupied, may be some of us are having two vehicles or some are having guest visited to them.
I suggest that name plate of the flat is to be painted by dividing the parking area, which will make it clear to all that where they have to park the vehicle, and if somebody have to park the extra car then it should be done outside at road or in the guest parking area which is located near community hall. Moreover, the guard should be provided the vehicle number of the car of all the residents so that he can guide the guest where they have to park when they visit.
I have also planned a get together in this regards on next Sunday, in the evening at 4 pm. I think it will be convenient to all and everybody will be free at that time. So that suggestions of other to solve the issue can be taken and nobody have to face this situation in future.
Hope that time will be suitable to all.
Yours sincerely,
Maninder Vadhrah
