You share a parking area with several neighbours and have recently started having problems.
Write a letter to be copied to all neighbours that share the parking area. In that letter
• explaining the problems
• suggesting ways to help the situation
• proposing a possible meeting
Dear Neighbours,
I hope you will find this letter in the best of health and happiness. I am writing to express my concerns related to the ongoing issue of non-availability of parking for our cars in our society.
Let me explain the problem in this letter. As we have discussed earlier, that we will be parking our cars just adjacent to the front gate of our houses in a proper way, so that everyone will find convenient and enough space to park their cars. However, I am seeing for the past few days that most of the residents are not parking cars properly according to the discussion. Besides, I have seen that a few of our neighbors park cars at my parking without informing at my house. Due to such things, most of the locals face issues while parking cars in the neighborhood.
To avoid this problem, I would suggest that we should draw white borderlines on the parking area where each resident would able to park their car in the allotted same area as per the government. By creating parking lines in the each of houses, it will be easy for everyone to park cars properly in our area. I can arrange for two painters to do the task if you will all share your views and approval in the next colony meeting.
The next meeting will be going to take place on coming Sunday at 9 AM. I am looking for maximum participation and leads in the next colony meeting to discuss the parking problems and other issues in our neighborhood.
I am looking forward to seeing you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
