• proposing a possible meeting
Dear Neighbours,
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
I am writing to bring to your note about rapidly growing parking issues in and around my house main-gate. Due to the fact, it is not only causing inconvenience to me but also to other neighbourhood people.
Indeed, it is a Christmas season and we tend to invite many friends and families but it will be very helpful, if they are advised to park their car in visitors parking area instead of using reserved parking slot. Consequently, owner of that reserved parking face difficulty to find another space to park their vehicle. Therefore, I suggest to give a piece of advice to your visitors to park the car at visitors area. As a result, it will ease the problem that we face during seasonal time. Besides, as a part of Christmas celebration, our family have planned for barbecue party at our backyard on coming weekend. Thus, you are welcome to join the party and also we shall utilize it to discuss about the parking issue.
I look forward to hearing your confirmation to join the party and discussion to make necessary arrangement in advance
Yours sincerely,
Sayu
