My name is Omer, I work for Global IT Company in Turkey. I am writing to this letter regarding seminar in Germany which was announced on internet. Some details are not specified on the advertisement such as the seminar’s dates, accommodation and costs.
I would like to know this specific information to attend this seminar.
Firstly, the commencement and finish date not specified on the announcement. Could you share me commencing and finishing of seminar and program schedule? I need to inform to company I work. The seminar’s date should not conflict with any date of project’s milestone or important meeting.
Secondly, regarding the accommodation and cost, will you arrange accommodation or not? Finally, what is the approximate cost? Also, I need to have information about payment method. I would prefer to use my international credit card for this seminar. Is it valid?
