Dear Mr. Lionti,
I am writing this letter in regard to the interview call received for the final semester subject statistics.
As per the schedule the invitation letter states that the final interview round has been scheduled on 21st September, 2021. However, due to prior commitments I am not in position to attend the interview on given time and date. As you are aware that we have several companies visiting our campus for job recruitment and Accenture company has selected me 2nd round of interview which has been planned on the same date.
Please accept my apologies for inconvenience caused due to non-availability on the mentioned date. I would like to request you and jury to postponed the interview by 1 day and re-schedule it on 22nd September, 2021 as per suitable time and available slots.
It would be much appreciated if you can let me know the details about face to face discussion round such as duration of the interview and any paper or computer based test need to be appeared by me. Will there be multiple rounds or single round in presence of several invigilators? This information will assist me in preparing well for the interview round.
Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
James
