You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You recently received a letter from a friend asking for advice about whether to go to college or to try to get a job. You think he/she should get a job.
Write a letter to this friend. In your letter
- say why he/she would not enjoy going to college
- explain why getting a job is a good idea for him/her
- suggest types of job that would be suitable for him/her
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear___,
Dear Manoj,
I hope you are doing well. I am glad to get your letter seeking advice on going further university or doing job. Firstly, i would like to congratulate you on passing your diploma. In my opinion, you will not enjoy your further college life because of the financial burden. The university fees are very expensive for international student like us. Furthermore, living cost, groceries, extra expenses of college are very high as well. Moreover, lacking practical knowledge you have to struggle to find job after getting degree and start from lower level.
I highly suggest you to try to get job on the field you are really into. As i know, you are very good at computer skills, especially graphic designing. While doing job, you can excel your knowledge, gain real time experiences which help you to deal with stress management at work.
Hope my advice will help you to choose correct path.
Have a nice day.
Your faithfully
asmita
