Dear Mali,
I hope this finds you well. I'm writing with regard to the noise from my flat in the last couple of days which you complained of in your letter. I'm sincerely sorry for the inconveniences it has caused you and your entire household.
The noise was as a result of my son- Emmanuel's tenth birthday celebration and the fact that he insisted we organise a low key party with a few friends since it would be his first birthday celebration in 10 years. Also, the D.J out of excitement and the joyous mood, slammed at a very high volume, since we were all in the mood of celebration, we were carried away.
I sincerely apologise for playing and making such a loud sound and for the disturbances or inconveniences this act has caused you and your household, kindly understand and bear with me.
Consequently, I will arrange to employ experts to find a modality to make the walls sound proof and forestall future occurrences of this nature. Once again I am sorry for the way things turned out.
