Write a letter for railway manager because of the losing your item which contains some in the train.
- describe the item,
- explain how you lost,
What do you want him to do
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have left my iPad in the train while traveling from London to Nottingham.
This iPad was gifted to me by my brother-in-law on my anniversary last month. Of course the iPad is apple make but it is latest model, that is, AP50 having 8 inches of display and of orange shade which is quite distinguished. Initially my seat was confirmed in the AC-3rd so I occupied my seat at London central station. Since I was going for client meeting and presentation, I commenced the presentation in iPad without wasting anytime. After 30 minutes, train staff confirmed that my ticket got upgraded to AC-1 compartment owing to last minute cancelations and therefore, being a loyal customer, upgrade was done and no money was charged. Following the request, I shifted to new seat and continued my journey to Nottingham in 1st AC compartment.
On reaching, I rushed to meeting which was half an hour drive from station. While in the meeting, I did not find an iPad and realized that it has been left either in taxi or train. I immediately called to taxi driver and he declined to have seen the iPad with me.
I request you to instruct the lost and found department to find out the iPad. I may be contacted at 9811275660 for any further information.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Chama
