Dear Sir,
My Name is Nilesh Pandey. I am living in the College Room Number B-1204 which I am sharing with another Student. I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention to the daily problems that I am facing with the roommate.
Let me explain the problem in detail. First, my roommate is standing up for the upcoming elections for the Student Leader in the college. Because of this, there are always other students visiting the room thereby room is always noisy and making it hard for me to concentrate on studies. Second, he always arranges late might parties in the room and plays loud music so I am unable to get a good sleep. Third, this is the most serious one, my belongings are used by him without asking my permission.
I would really appreciate if you can shift me to a new room in the next term. Meanwhile, I would like to be moved to a different room for a month to prepare for the upcoming exams.
I request your immediate attention and action on this matter.
