Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to tell you about my suitcase which was lost while I was traveling to Delhi via your plane as its been one month and I have heard nothing regarding it from your side.
Last month, I traveled from Chandigarh to New Delhi via flight no IX2341 and i submitted my luggage at the flight counter but when I reached at my destination, I noticed that one of my bag is missing. I informed the concerned staff and waited another one hour for the same but in vain.
The bag was of light brown color with the four-wheeler trolley of American Tourister company and my initials R.M are also carved on it and it contained my clothes and my important documents which I specially placed in that bag as I thought will misplaced if I carry them in my handbag. I have submitted my complaint with the help staff and on the company's website.
I am in the dire need of my documents as I am having interview next week, so, please let me know the status of my grievance.
I am hoping for positive response from your side as early as possible.
