I am writing this letter in order to request you to enquire about the bag that I had forgotten during my flight from London to Waterloo.
My name is Peter Smith and I am a frequent client of your airline service from several years. To commence with, my flight number was 12345 and seat number was 123. It was a domestic flight and I was traveling by business class. Besides this, the reporting time was 9:00 am.
Unfortunately I left my bag on my seat because I was getting late for the meeting which is the main reason behind my visit. The color of my bag is red. It contains valuable documents, my personal credentials, a small amount of cash and some worthy accounting details regarding my company.
The documents of contract with client are mandatory which are expected not to reveal as I was given the responsibility of that. Please let me know about the bag as soon as possible. I would be extremely thankful to you.
