You travelled by plane last week and your luggage was lost. You have still heard nothing from the airline company. Write to the airlines about:
--Explain what happened.
--Describe your luggage and
--Tell them what was in it.
--Find out what they are going to do about it
Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my lost luggage.
I was flying with Australian Air flight 546, from Sydney to Boston, on 4th of May when I accidentally left one of my bags at the overhead storage of the airplane. It was a black trolley with a red ribbon around it and a yellow handle. Apart from some of the clothes that I brought for vacation, I also have my new camera and an extra phone in it.
As soon as I noticed that I was missing a bag, I then reported it to the customer service counter near gate 5. The lady who assisted me with my claim said that they will contact and request for the aircraft cabin crew to send my luggage directly to the Boston Airport. Unfortunately, it has been a month now since the incident and I have not heard anything from the airline management.
If you need further information, you can call me at 713-562-6496. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Joyce Jabonero
