Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the extra efforts exhibited by one of your staff. Their attention to my needs improved my experience with your store. Allow me to elaborate.
I have been a regular customer of your store and have met with a lot of managers. However, one manager named Mr. Macomara is a gem of a person. The biggest quality of Mr. Macomara is attention to detail. I have a minor disability and nobody had noticed it.
However, yesterday he noticed it during our first meeting and sent a shopping helper with me to carry the trolley around and collect heavy items. I am so moved by his act of kindness and attention to detail. I cannot stop thinking about it.
Further, I have always recommended everyone in our neighbourhood to shop at your store. Now I have decided that I spread about the excellent services which are given by your store to disabled and old people.
I hope that your store carries out doing amazing things for people of our locality.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason
