Your are working for a international company. You have seen a advertisement for a training course which is useful for your job.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter
• Describe training course you want to do.
• Explain what the company could do to help you.
• Say how the course will be useful for you job

Dear Mr. Hao,
I hope this mail finds you in good health. I am writing to you regarding a suggestion which would be better for our work. Please allow me to elaborate on the details.
I have come across an advertisement about a short training course named “Increasing acknowledgment of the new tender law.” This course will help attendees understand the content of the new tender law, which has been issued, and know how to apply it in the bids. The organizer also gives a certificate at the end of the course as usual. I believe that it is essential because we can not prepare the tender documents without comprehension of the latest legal updates. Moreover, a certificate of the new tender law is also a compulsory requirement for persons in charge of the implementation phase of the contract. It is time to get the certifications on the new tender law, preparing for the upcoming contracts.
Thus, I suggest me and three staff of my team will join this training class. It will be held in Horizon Hotel on Monday next week. I attached the request application in this email with further information filled. I would appreciate it if you could approve then forward the application to the relevant personnel to let us join the course in time.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
Thanh Tung
