Dear sir,
This letter will find you in radiant and superior health. I am writing this letter to seek information about reservation and facilities provided at your conference centre on behalf of “XPREESS LOGISTICS” company. A one week tutorial programme for personality development is being organized by HR branch on July 20th.
As your conference centre is fully equipped. However, we have need for cordless mic to conservation of one on one query. Secondly, the requirement of a digital voice recorder also will be on prior base, hence the company has to review the whole course later. The headphone should also be provided if any employee have demand.
Moreover, the course will be run on both morning and evening slots. So please provide information more about setting arrangement, refreshment facility, reservation time, charges, CCTV surveillance and rest room availability, It would be conveniently for our staff if you provide detail of public transport.
I am look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully
GS
