Dear David

How are you doing? Hope this letter finds you well. It has been long time since we saw each other. So I want to thank you for your plan to watch movie but unfortunately i cannot come to you due to my work schedule because my manager gave me lot of projects to complete and deadline of submission is up to next Friday only.

After your proposal, I phoned John immediately because he also asked me various time to hangout together, he can join you for your outing. When I him, he was so excited to go with you because he also want to join your company. You know the movie which releasing on Monday is of his favourite actor that's why you can both enjoy a lot.

Do you know? John is a candid personality, I bet he will entertain you the more with his company. Also, he is well-known about that city where you are planning to go. I will definitely join you for next time I extremely sorry about that. But I am sure that you will both enjoy a lot there.

Hope to hear from you soon
