Overall, the majority of students opt for an MBA degree as they believe there are better job opportunities for an MBA graduate. However, there are multiple aspects like knowledge, personality, appearance, and connections that attract the employer to a larger extent.
Now turning to the details, Around 65 percent of students who chose MBA, believe there are better job opportunities for MBA graduates while 15 percent of them think it enhances their ability to do work better. Out of the rest, twenty percent of the student opt for MBA as twelve percent of them believe it is good for their personal development whereas eight percent of them believe they would be able to help others.
As illustrated in the pie chart, twenty-five percent of employers prefer candidates with better personalities and twenty-five percent require experienced employees. It is has been noticed, experienced employees having connections are preferred by twenty-percent recruiters, and the rest of thirty percent of employers prioritize them by qualifications and the way of presentation.
