A lot of places in the world rely on tourism as a main source of income. Unfortunately, tourism can also be a source of problems if it is not managed correctly. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of tourism in the modern world. Do you think that the benefits of tourism outweigh its drawbacks?
Traveling has long been an incredibly popular means of having fun. Therefore, there are numerous countries that are financially supported by tourism. Although travelers are a fruitful source of income, there can be harmful consequences. Environmental damage, for instance, can make living conditions dreadful for the residents. From my standpoint, if the trips are handled properly, the benefits far outweigh the obstacles.
Tourism has a superb impact on the economical structure of countries. Many who visit a country have no fear of spending large sums of money for their comfort or pleasure. Visitors, for instance, pay for usually overpriced hotels or cuisines with little or no hesitation while on vacation. This reckless spending nourishes the destination country economically and improves the lives of natives. Provided that, tourism plays a crucial role in prospering the quality of life in a region.
However, damage to the environment and nature can aggravate the conditions in a country. In most parts of the world, it has been reported that travelers tend to be ignorant towards nature and their surroundings. countless of them, for example, litter while sightseeing or damage landmarks. Furthermore, transportation done by cars and airplanes releases harmful gases and fumes into the atmosphere. The polluted air can impact the well-being of people. Having said that, tourism can lead to long-term damages to nature.
Finally, to my way of thinking, the advantages of this industry win against the drawbacks. The financial aid provided not only makes living easier but also creates various job opportunities. Citizens of countries that are visited frequently are hired in hotels, restaurants, and guided tours and make a living. Although pollution may have drastic consequences, feasible answers can be sought. In the light of the details explained, tourism is both vital and lucrative.
To conclude, the influences of tourism are extremely advantageous, The contamination of nature, however, must be stopped. If each individual accepts hic responsibility, the situation which we are at can be rehabilitated.
