In my opinion, option A would be better for our town because of missing such facilities in our town. on another hand, Having a recreational park would add nothing to our town.
First of all, A shopping complex will include restaurants we miss here because currently only old and small restaurants we have . and that would bring new food cultures to our daily meals. Additionally, A large supermarket would save a lot of our times going to another city to buy what we need.
Secondly, getting a movie theatre would definitely be a significant source of income for our town by getting new visitors from another townes. And that would be a perfect place for families to attend good movies with their children and getting a massive experience which is recommended.
To conclude, I would prefer having a complex shop in our town. Because it would help our local residents to shop from our town rather than another city. And new facility like a movie theatre would be a good place for entertainment.
