Dear sir,
Although having a recreational park could be seen an important developing in our town but in my opinion, the first option would be preferable for many reasons.
First of all, shopping complex will definitely include some new restaurants and food shops which are not exist currently. And that will bring new food cultures to our town and will add a touch of variety to our daily dishes.
Secondly, building a movie theatre would be a significant source of income to our community. Needless to say that many people will spend their time and money by visiting the theatre for watching new acts. and that will help us to develop our town more by investing this income.
Additionally, the necessity of getting a large supermarket has been increased recently considerably. and this is because of the lack of good quality products in the current mini market we have on one hand, and a long distance we need to suffer every time we need to buy our staff on another hand.
Therefore, I see the importance of building a shopping complex is more advantageous than other options.
