A teacher's ability to relate well with students is more important than excellent knowledge of the subject being taught.
A talented teacher is talented in everything. However, if I would need to choose between good interaction with a teacher and a teacher with perfect knowledge of a subject, my choice would be to study with a teacher, who is professional in his field for two compelling reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, the obvious reason why we are going to universities or schools is getting knowledges in a certain field, therefore if a student is truly interested in a subject, he or she would find the way to communicate with a teacher and get competent answers to questions that might arise. For instance, during my course, I met a professor, who came to the lecture only to answer the questions, he never talked on his own, that is why my group was highly motivated to find out some interesting topics and to prepare noticable issues to discus. Although, at the being of our study we were disappointed, because the professor said during almost the month: ”if there are no questions we are all going home”. This case is a good illustration of how students get even more profit from uncommunicable professor.
In the same manner, an inefficient teacher could take all attention and talk about interesting things, which is useless or even worth. Firstly, that kind of study, in general, steal our time an, secondly, lead to nasty consequences. For example, at my university, I graduated from an architecture faculty, some of tutors just skipped engineering part of projects, motivating like students did not really need this stuff, and focused on a design and beautiful pictures more than on constructions. It played a bad joke on my future career. When I came to my first employer, I spend a lot of time on tasks, which he gave me, because real projects was all about sustainable, reliable construction with basic design. I still feel sorry, that during my study I was careless about knowledge, what I got from inefficient teachers. Later I spend not a single night with books from university library getting important knowledges, what my profession requires.
To sum it um, I claim with confidence that teachers ability to relate well with students is secondary to excellent knowledge of the subject being taught. This is because students come to university to become good specialists and get excellent knowledge in a field of future profession.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
