Second, lecture suggests that four days working scenario may increase the unemployment. He contends that there may increase expectation to get five days work in four days and this overtime works can increase unemployment.
Finally, working less days comparatively have greater risk to lose job. Because of less stability in office they may not get promotion. On the other hand people working five days a week have more chances to become manager and have responsibility to manage entire week works.
