Obviously, the majority of people of Yemen were under 14 years in 2000. In that time, about 3.6 percent belong to the group of people who are over 60 years. However, predictions show some variations in all three categories in 2050. In contrast to situation in 2000, people in ages from 15 to 59 years would be increased. Moreover, there would be an increasing of 2.1 percent in elderly group.
Certainly, Italy has a different pattern of changes. In 2000, most of the Italian were in ages between 15 to 59. In this year, the number of people over the 60 years was greater than population under 15 years.
