Overall, limestone and clay are the main foundations for the cements by passing through four stages before being bagged ready for use as cement which then accounts for 15% of four materials used to produce concrete.
Looking in details, the cement production can be divided into four processes by starting of crushing limestone and clay into a powdery form. This mixture then passed onto the mixer to rotating heating cylinder and it will be placed onto the grinder after getting the heats. Then the final products become a cement and ready to be bagged.
For the concrete production, which require the mixture of four materials poured into concrete mixer, which are the combination of 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand and 50% gravels.
