The line graph illustrates the consumption of the fast food by Australian teenager between 1975 and 2000. It is immediately evident that fish and chips were the most popular fast food with Australian teenagers in 1975, while the hamburgers were the most favorite food in 2000.
To begin with, in 1975, Fish and chips were most desirable fast food among the teenagers. Fish and chips were eaten approximately 100 times per year while the Pizza and hamburgers were eaten just 8 and 9 per year respectively. The popularity of the Fish and chips gradually declined throughout the period from 100 to 40 per year.
On the other hand, hamburgers and the pizza have increased popularity among the teenagers. In 1975, Pizza have been eaten 8 per year than sharply increased between 1975 and 1995 up to 85 per year than remained constant between 1995 and 2000( 85 per year). In 1975, teenagers ate 8 hamburgers per year and the likeness sharply inclined between 1975 and 1985 and then gradually increased from 1985 to 2000 (82 to 100 per year.)
In conclusion, fish and chips were the desirable fast food in 1975 whereas hamburgers were the favorite food in 2000.
