Write a letter to your friend inviting to a public festival in your country?
1. describe the event
2. Invite him/her to the event.
3. Plan for rest of the day
Hi Dave,
How are you doing? We haven’t spoken for a while now. Hence, I though it will be a great idea to invite you to the Kite Festival in Jaipur on 14th January.
The festival starts as early as the Sun rises, continues until the end of the day. People fly kites of different shapes and size, with their friends and families. It is a complete party atmosphere with people having complete fun. There will music, games, barbecue food. All in all, it is one of the best occasion to enjoy winters in the Pink city of Rajasthan.
While the day is over, we will plan a night tour of Jaipur as I know you have always wanted to visit it. Some of the historical places are amazing when evening lights are turned on and look magnificent. You will be able to do some shopping in the local market which is tremendously famous for its pottery.
I really hope you will be able to come over. It will not be same with you.
Yours truly,
John
