Write a letter to complain about a situation in which some adolescents let their dogs run wildly causing a dangerous situation.
Dear Sir,
My name is Truong Nguyen, who is currently a resident of Phu My Central community. I am writing this letter to inform you that there were some individuals who let their dogs freely wander around this community’s private park this morning.
At around 6 am, I had encountered some dogs running wildly without any muzzles while I was taking a walk. During that time, there were some people doing morning exercises in the park and were disturbed by the dogs’ bark. Not only that, these pets also scared people when they charged at them aggressively and made other joggers in the area panic. I myself was chased by one of these dogs. Therefore, in behave of all neighbors, I am entitled to request an investigation to find out whom these pets’ owners are and sent strict warnings to these individuals in order to bring a more safety environment for this community. I hope that you will take actions for this situations as soon as possible.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Truong Nguyen
