Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that the Sunny TV flat screen, fifty-two inches I bought last week Tuesday from your store outlet in Down Town Road is not functioning properly. I called the customer service immediately when the problem started but I am still to see any action.
Let me explain the problem in details. The TV was in good condition when I bought it but to my despair when I got home everything have changed. Firstly, it was the image quality which became very blurry then later the power switched off and after two minutes on automatically. I immediately informed the customer service about the TV issues and they assured me they would send a technician right away but four days have passed and no one has come to fix it.
I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of the product I purchased from your company and the poor service I have received since. I hope this problem would be resolved promptly. Could you please send a repairer to come over and repair it and if it is not possible then you replace the TV with a brand new since it has two years warranty.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Oben.
