You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
1- Say where you think you left the papers.
2- Explain why they are so important
3- Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you that I have forgotten some important documents while my recent visit to your reputable hotel for a business meeting with one of my clients.
The papers must have been left in the room where we had the meeting. I could only assume that it either was dropped beneath the table or had been covered under one of the table sheets. My bag had many files, but it did not include those important documents.
If I have another copy from those papers, I would not be worried. Therefore, those papers are so important as it was original, and it will be very difficult to issue it again from the local authorities. You may know that how difficult it is nowadays. The procedure of issuing an original document may take two consecutive months.
The booking reference number of that meeting is WDCRX, and I would request if you could be able to help me find those important papers. You can retrieve the footage from the security cameras while the meeting was running.
I look forward to receiving my papers as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Ayoub
