The given graphical representation is highlight the information about the survey on two different age groups on the factors contributing to make their environment pleasent for working .
It can be seen that according bar chart we divided the factors in two ways such as : internal factors , and external factors . The first internal factor was team spirit where the both age of group workers were equally effected . Team spirit was define as where the all workers opinion was same . Moving ahead , the other internal factors such as : competent boss where the 45-60 aged people was more effected . Furthermore , the internal factor was respect from colleagues , and job satisfaction . Where the respect from colleagues was 43% effected the 45-60 age group , and in the job satisfaction the 58% effect the 18-30 age of group workers respectively .
Moing ahead , the external factors such as : job security , promotion prospects , and money had more effect on youngest workers . Apart from this , other external factors were personal development , and relaxed working environment . In both components the more work performance were effected of youngest worker .
Overall , it is evident that both internal , and external factors highly effect the youngest workers as compare to elder one .
