To begin with, the work performance of team spirit duringhabe 30 age group intially is 60% . Moreover, it is increased by 90% in case of personal development and touched the peak value . But the work performance of working environment slightly decreased by 80% in youth. However, percentage of not only competent boss but also job security both are declined by nearly 45% respectively. Furthermore, 45-6o age group affect the work performance in team spirit is less than personal
development that is 60% . In addition to, in case of old people work performance in job security is 40%.
Moving further, work performance affected by youngsters during colleagues less as compare to Promotion prospects that is mearly 34%. Thereafter, Job satisfaction ,and work environment both having nearly 30%in youth. however, colleagues have 40% .But, not only promotion prospects But also Job satisfaction are affecting work performance during 45-60 age group. Thereafter, the percentage of old people is increased by money which is 65%.
Overall, it is evident that youngsters are affecting more as compare to old people.
