escape from prison
The text is discussing chevalier who is known for his famous writing. This writer is has one the most controversial art works and there are some reasons which proofs we cannot rely on all the expressed notes from his. on the other hand, the goes against three points of the reading and explains why chevalier's notes is reliable.
Firstly, the text explains that chevalier claimed that he was wealthy during the time he was living in switzerland and he used to participated in so many parties and gambling, but there are some evidences which show he has borrowed some money from bank and based on this point, we cannot believe that he was a wealthy person. The professor goes against this point by saying that even if you be wealthy, when you spend so much money on parties and gambling, you will need to get some more cash and you need to borrow it from banks. She states that even wealthy people will borrow some money from bank, when they are out of cash, and it does not not mean they are not really wealthy.
Secondly, the text states that it is really hard to believe that someone remember all the conversations he had before and write them really accurately after some years. The professor goes against this claim and says that chevalier used to write all of his particular conversations each night and it can help him to mention those conversations later, she also states that some people confirmed that chevalier used to write everything which will stengthen this point that all stated conversations in his notes are accurate.
Thirdly, the text says that chevalier knew so many famouse people who had this power to help him to escape from prison by bribing jailers. The professor refutes this claim by saying that there is govermental document which proof that, after chevalier's escaped from the prison, they had to repair the ceiling of his prison and it shows that as he said in his notes, he really escaped from the prison from the roof. The professor also states that there were some people in that prison who had more powerful friends but could not escape from the prison by bribing the jailers, so it proves that chevalier could really escape from the prison by himself.
