The bar graph illustrates the ranking of the ten countries in terms of producing and consuming electricity in year 2014.
All in all, China and United States consume the most electricity for they produce the most as well comparing to the rest of the countries that are included in the ranking wherein their figures have a huge gap with the top two countries mainly because they produce less electricity thus consuming less as well.
To begin with, China ops the ranking producing 5,398 billion kWh of electricity and consuming 5,322 billion kWh. Followed by United States where they produce 4,099 billion kWh and consume 3,866 billion kWh.
Comparing with the top two countries, a significant gap can be noticed from the seven countries in producing and consuming electricity wherein they produce and consume less than 1,100 billion kWh. Ranking third is Russia who is producing and consuming 1,057 and 1,038 billion kWh respectively. This is succeeded by Japan that produces 936.2 and consumes 856.7 billion kWh. Brazil, Germany and Korea Republic are at the bottom f the list. Brazil producing 530.7 and consuming 455.8 billion kWh of electricity, then Germany with the production of 526.6 and consumption of 582.5 of energy. Lastly, the Korea Republic who produces 485.1and consumes 449.5 billion kWh.
