You recently received a letter from a friend asking for advice about whether to go to college or try to get a job.You think he/she should get a job.
Write a letter to this friend. In your letter
>say why she/he would not enjoy going to college.
>explain why getting a job is a good idea for him/her
>suggest types of job that would be suitable for him/her
Dear Monika,
I am writing this letter to advice you that you should take up a job instead of further studies. Please find my reasoning below.
First of all, congratulations to you as you have completed the MS by Research in computer visions. According to me there are two main negative aspects of doing a PhD as compared to going for a job. First reason is the amount of time you would spend during the PhD. Whereas, the second reason is the quality of job that you get after PhD would be almost the same as MS candidate, since your field of study is very popular and demanding in current technology market sector.
Benefits of taking up a job would facilitate you with real time project experience and save a good amount of money that would also help you grow in future.
As you are technically very strong and expert in your area of study, I would recommend you to get a job of researcher in a reputed organization.
I would be happy to help you, if you have any further concerns.
Yours Faithfully,
Ashita
