It is evident that visitors' opinions about this museum become more and more positive after it was refurbished.While feeling very satisfied accounts for 35 percent, the opposite is true for one before re-decoration, at only 15 percent.
As can be seen from the pie chart, the amount of people disappointing with their visit to Ashdown is very high, standing at 40 percent. More seriously, nearly 10 percent visitors feel dissatisfied when visiting it. In addition, the number of visitors who are happy and excited with their brief trip are representatively 30% and 15%.
Nevertheless, only after a year of rebuilding, the museum receives more good comments on quality of its facilities. To be specific, there are 40% and 35% people are contented, rasing to more than 10 percent. At the same time, negative opinions experience a considerable decline by 25% and the same is true for the worst comments, standing at only 5%.
