The table below shows the numbers of visitors to Ashdown museum during the year befkre and the year after it was refurbished. The charts show the resukt of surveys askong visitors how satisfied they were with their visit, during the same two periods.
The table below represents the number of guests visiting the Ashdown museum when it was archaic and after modernizing it. The chart illustrates the outcome of the study taken to report the satisfaction grades by the visitors in the same two periods.
Overall, the total population varied among the two periods where the visitors increased after refurbishing the museum to about 20,000. In general, the positive outcomes of the satisfactory grades elevated after the modernization and in contrast, the negative outcomes declined keeping the no response category of visitors similar in both the periods. There was a vast change in very satisfied and satisfied class of visitors as both of them were increased from 15 and 30 to 35 and 40 respectively. On the other hand, dissatisfied and very dissatisfied guests decreased after remodeling to a scale from 40 and 10 to 15 and 5 respectively. In conclusion, the positive impression after remodeling the museum increased and negative impression was reduced.
