Dear Sir,
I intend to write this letter to grab your attention to an important issue. I am using your bus service for more than 5 years. It's very unfortunate to say that the quality of the bus services is not consistent anymore. There are certain issues being faced by frequent bus travelers. First of all, your bus drivers are not at all punctual; most of the times, the bus driver skips my area route altogether. Another important issue that requires your immediate review is that the ticket collectors sometimes charge more than regular fare without any rational justification.
I have to reach office every morning at sharp 9:00 am and travel time from my home to the office is approximately 20 minutes. I often get late from office as the bus does not come in time on my route. The day bus drivers do not come at all, I have to hire the cab to go to the office; which obviously costs me way more than bus fare.
I would like you to review routes distribution and make sure that all buses stop at their designated points to avoid any unnecessary fatigue for commuters. Furthermore, please assign a quality controller on all the bus drivers to ensure timely arrival of buses and also approved collection of fares. I hope to see your positive and swift response against my complaints.
