First, the passage points of that turtle's cache in net seldom. However, the lecturer makes the point that there are thousands of shipment and if a turtle is caught by shipments every month, many turtles will have died.
second according to the text shipments can use another method for protecting them. the speaker disagrees with this point, and, asserts that time limit is not accomplishing because the government can not monitor all of the shipments and this is a theoretical claim.
Third, the article claims that TEDs not only small but also useless because do not revive turtles.on the contrary, the lecturer points out that there is not any problem for small TEDs and companies can modify them in produce modified TEDs for instance large TEDs.
