Overall, boys put the most effort into playing computer games, while dancing is the most popular activity of girls. It is also noticeable that both sexes have the same figure for listening to music.
Turning to the first activity group, 34% is the percentage of boys attending computer games, which is biggest in the charts, while the figure of girls is only 16%. Following this, reading in girls’ activities is over 10 times higher than that of boys. Finally, 10% is the proportion for listening to music activities of boys and girls.
Regarding to the remaining activity group, boys prefer playing basketball than taking other activities, with the figure accounting for 26%. Likewise, 27% of total girls’ activities is to take part in dancing, while that of netball is significant lower, just only 15%. Additionally, the percentage of skateboarding in boys is also the same as gymnastics in girls, with 11%.
