Hope you are doing well. I am Soniya Choudhary. I am very disappointed to writing this letter. I missed my flight yesterday 15 December 2018, which scheduled in morning at 8am. Booking Id is 87542154.
I booked my flight from Make my Trip website, date of travel was 15 december 2018 from New Delhi to Sydney. To catch the flight I reached at airport before 3 hours of check-in time. Nevertheless, unfortunately check-in queue was very long and unmanaged. When I check-in my luggage, they gave me wrong boarding pass .Terrible thing was that when I got to know the issue. I missed my flight because I could not reached on boarding gate at right time. I was going to attend a seminar in Sydney, which organized with our most critical client. As a result of error, I would not be able to attend that seminar moreover it caused me lots of inconvenience.
I would expect you refund the whole money back. it would be great endorse for me if you address this issue immediately. I am waiting for your prompt response.
