Overall, the greatest amount of inquiries from tourists were received in person while the least amount of question was taken by letter or email.
In January, only around 410 inquiries received in person. However then, in person conversations showed gradual upward trend and reached 800 inquiries by march. After that figures for in person inquiries rocketed up and start increasing about 600 inquiries every passing month then peaked at just above 2000 by June. When it comes the questions were taken by telephone, first fluctuated around 1000 and 800 between January and march then levelled off for a month. However, after that, it showed a significant rise and reached its peak which is 1600.
When it comes by letter/email questions, it became the least preferred communication way at the end of the period, starting with 800 inquiries and dipped at just above 400 by june.
