The given picture illustrates the various steps needed to be performed in process of canning of fish.
Overall, it is clear that there are total 15 steps involved in canning of fish. The process begins from catching the fish and ends at dispatching the labeled product to supermarkets.
In the beginning, the fishes are caught, followed by freezing and storing in the next step. Before thawing, fishes are unloaded and weighed and cut Into big pieces for getting steam cooked. After cooking, Are cooled and these are filleted or cut into small pieces.
Moving further, these pieces are canned along with addition of brine, water or oil. In the next step the cans are sealed and then heated for sterilization. Then, stamping or labeling of the cans in done before storing them for final dispatch to supermarkets for sale.
