The first bar chart illustrates why people who fall into under 26 to over 49 age groups decide to get an education and the other chart shows the amount of support provided by their employers.
Overall, the young tend to study for their future career while people above 49 do this for interest. The data in the second chart is erratic.
It can be clearly seen that the percentage of people who study in order to pursue a career decreases sharply when they get older, from 80% to only 20% for the oldest group. In contrast, the other feature in this graph is influenced by an upward trend, grows gradually by 60%.
In the second chart, the support that people under 26 received is the highest, accounted for about 60%. This feature falls dramatically and hits the bottom at 30% and then goes up slightly to approximately 40% for people over 49.
