A nice, respectful style
Dear Mr Brown,
I hope you are doing great. It has always been a nice experience living here next to your house.
I am writing to tell you about frustration on your dog, who barks all over the day and night. The noise of pet is irritating which disturbs me a lot. whenever I start studying, dog starts barking which distracts my mind and due to this, I am not able to concentrate on my academic activities. Additionally, I am not able to listen to my favourite songs and enjoy them.
I would like to ask you to stop it by taking care of your dog. You can feed him on time so that it will bar him to make annoying noise. Moreover, you can keep your pet in a closed room which will bar him disturbing neighbours.
I hope that I am not disturbing you but it was necessary to tell you about this irritating experience. If you would like to discuss it further, feel free to contact me at your convenience. We can resolve this matter smoothly and conveniently.
Thank you take care.
Yours Sincerely,
John
