Overall, Bernie’s Buns sales more of each item than Lovely Loaves ( expect for fresh loaves and salads). Another interesting point is that, doughnuts were the most popular item in both Bernie’s Buns and Lovely Loaves.
Looking at the details, doughnuts come top of the list of both bakeries at about 135 donuts every Saturday for Bernie's Buns. Lovely Loaves sold nearly 20 fewer doughnuts than Bernie's Buns at around 120. Likewise, cookies are the second best sellers in Bernie’s Buns and Lovely Loaves. The figures are under 120 and over 60 respectively. It can be seen that Bernie’s Buns sold more of the items as compared to Lovely Loaves. By contrast, Lovely Loaves sold more than three times the number of salads as compared to Bernie's Buns, at under 20 for Bernie’s Buns and over 60 for Lovely Loaves.
Futhermore, we can also looking out that, the approximate number of confectionary items are higher than that of the savoury food in both bakeries . For instance, both Bernie’s Buns and Lovely Loaves sells slightly more rolls than cripsps, at around 75 and 50 for rolls and about 68 and 45 for cripsp with both Bernie’s Buns and Lovely Loaves . Cakes are also popular at over 100 and under 80 respectively. Finally, toasted sandwiches are nearly the least popular item in both , at around 25 sold for Bernie’s Buns and about 22 sold for Lovely Loaves.
