Dear sir/madam,
I am Harry martin, resident of villa delrio apartments in Greenwich Avenue. I am writing this letter to bring your concern over the faulty garbage collection system in our area.
Let me explain in detail, First of all, there is only one garbage disposal area within fifteen miles that holds the garbage of around 180 families. To make the problem worst, the garbage truck comes only once in a week consequently, the dumpster is overfull most of the times and the garbage get messed nearby. Moreover, there is a common dumpster for all types of waste as a result, the garbage truck filters the garbage there only and makes a lot of disturbing noise and sometimes block the road for a while. All these problems had badly affected our lives, children could not play freely outside due to the fear of infection or any disease caused by scattered garbage . We want our society to be clean but it could not be possible with improper garbage collection system.
On behalf of all the residents, I request you to implement some changes such as increase the frequency of garbage truck and also place separate dumpsters for renewable and non-renewable waste. Such changes will definitely solve our problem to a great extent.
I hope you consider our issues seriously and take suggestive actions as soon as possible.
