I am Harry Martin, software engineer working with your prestigious organisation from last seven years. With due respect, please accept this letter as my resign application as I have received a better job opportunity from another IT company. I will serve the notice period of one month starting from today.
Firstly, I am truly grateful to your organisation for the commendable experience and knowledge that I gained worked here. It would definitely help me in my future job. I also thankyou for acknowledging and appraising my efforts from time to time. My new job title is Senior project manager and my responsibilities involves managing an offshore as well as onsite team of fifty members. I will take project requirements from the clients and ensure timely delivery of the same. I am very excited to face the new challenges.
Although, I have got an incredible opportunity to work in America and earn handsome salary but I have mixed feelings. I am upset for leaving such a great company where the employee's policy were very friendly and rewarding. I would always miss the professional work environment and cooperative staff members.
