The graph below shows Twitter use by age group in the USA between November 2010 and May 2013.
The line graph provides information about twitter usage by different age groups in America from november 2010 to May 2013. Overall, the proportion of people from 18 to 29 years old use twitter rose strongly. In addition, people aged 18 to 29 always used more twitter than other age groups.
On the tenth of november, the percentage of people at the age of 18 to 29 and 30 to 49 was initiated fourteenn percent and seven percent respectively. Subsequently, the percentage for the age from 18 to 29 used twitter rose gradually and reached a peak at 32% by the twelfth of August, while that for people from 30 to 49 years old just had some fluctuations and was at about 32% at the end.
Turning to the other two age groups, the proportion of people at the age of more than 65 used twitter peaked at approximately 6% and then dropped to five percent at the end, and that for people from 50 to 64 years old grew by around 7% over the period.
