Beginning with the first 5 years (1990-1995) information, in both Tokyo (Japan) and London (UK), the expenses that people had to averagely pay for houses reached the lowest fall (around 7.5%), comparing to three other countries. At the second, the amount of money required to buy a house for New Yorker declined by 5%. Meanwhile, there was a slight increase in the average value of Madrid's and Frankfurt's houses.
