The given plans depict how grange park has been modified since it was constructed in 1920.
Overall, it can be witnessed that the fountain which was the centre of attraction has been replaced by the rose garden. On the other hand, the area dominated by glasshouse has been swapped by a water feature.
Analyzing the alterations profoundly, at the time of opening of grange park, the fountain was the chief attraction. currently, it has been removed and that area is allotted to a huge rose garden surrounded by the seating arrangements. Moreover, on the place of glasshouse in the current plan, a water feature is built.
Moving towards the further modifications, the amphitheatre for concerts has occupied the space of the stage for musicians. In the same way, café and children’s play area has been built on the place where Rosegarden and Pond for water plants were stood. On the other hand, only one of the smaller rose gardens remains on the north side of the park and the seats have been taken off.
Finally, along with the original entrances, a third entrance has been added near the water feature from an underground park to make the park more accessible.
